YOUR EXPERIENCE

Visitors will quickly get to know Franjo Construction by learning about some of the recognizable projects they have worked on such as Arsenal 201, TRYP Hotel, ASCEND, Aldi Grocery Stores, and many more in Pittsburgh. Explore the historic building, which was converted from a bus garage into office space. Members of the team will be on-site to discuss building history as well as how we turn ideas into architectural plans into finished buildings. NOTE: Wheelchair access through the front entrance only. Handicap access to the garage is only available through the doors around the back.

ABOUT THIS BUILDING

Visit Franjo Construction’s headquarters. It is one of three Pittsburgh locations owned and occupied by the company. Franjo purchased the long-vacant 19,868 SF 2-story building in 2011 and carried out an extensive renovation. Prior to that, it housed Debolt Unlimited who operates tour buses serving students and Girl Scouts. Most of this building was a bus garage, with storage and a small number of offices. Now, it is mostly offices with a small amount of storage and indoor parking for employees. Exposed brick and an original metal door are still in place. A previously open-air area was enclosed to become the main conference room, which faces 7th Ave.
