YOUR EXPERIENCE

Visitors will have a guided experience lasting 10-15 minutes (available every half hour, groups of 10, please be patient). Visitors will be guided through Cinderlands’ space as they learn about the company, their brews and how they have held on to the history of their building. Visitors are welcome to stay afterwards for a brief separate tasting. Please pre-purchase your tasting.

NOTE: This space is open to all DOORS OPEN Pittsburgh Strip District Event attendees, however those who pre-purchased tastings will get priority placement on guided tours throughout the day.

ABOUT THIS BUILDING

Undergoing many transformations in its over 100 year life, this building was constructed in 1871 for the Pittsburgh Steel Casting Company. It was home to many other industrial companies until 1988 when Spaghetti Warehouse opened its doors to pasta loving Pittsburghers.

After Spaghetti Warehouse left the space in 2016, the building sat vacant until 2017 when Cinderlands acquired it and opened their doors in 2019 with a mission to honor those who came before them.
